Screen goes white have manually restart my HP

Hello everyone,
I am trying to figure out why my screen will blank randomly to white. THe only thing I can do is manually restart the CPU by holding down the power button. This happen 6 to 7 times a day. Any thoughts?

If you say it happens 6-7 times per day, how long does it stay on for without any problems?
