Screen Ringing

SO i had a crt monitor and it woulndt stop ringing it met my best friend hammer

SO i bought a 200 lcd monitor AOC envision not DVI and it starts ringing too im like wtf you have got be kidding me only on this monitor it last for about 2 seconds and ends and it only happs every now and then any suggestions on what to do?

the refresh rate was 75 not its 70 and everything is alot clearer and it stopped ringing still any suggestions on whats going on???

Move the refresh rate to 60Hz
