Screen stuck in "negative mode"

Hello, I am new here and I signed up to ask a very important question regarding my PC. The color of the screen is stuck in negative mode. For anyone who has a picture camera and tryed all of the different options you know what I am talking about. It is very hard to see anything and I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is and how I would fix it. Thank you in advance and here are some specifics about my computer.

Microsoft windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Video Card
ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M Series.
