Screen's black and there's no power to my keyboard

Hi, iv got a annoying issue I need help with , my pc discription are 3g ram a ati radeon x1950 pro and a 3.2 duel core with a asrock amznf3 - vsta motherboard . The issue is when I turn my pc on , my screen is black and there seems to be no power to my keyboard. But the strange thing is there is power to my mouse?!aslo I am un able to see the boot screen. Iv checked to see if its the monitor but its working fine , iv cleaned my pc , so cant see that its dust , so please help

Try swapping out the power supply or have a friend help you do this

Double check ALL connections to make sure they're proper & snug.
