Script debugging error when I try to manage users

    Hi,

    I am using Windows 7 and when I try to manage my user accounts and click on the "User Accounts" tab in control panel it gives this error.
    With a Bank Screen.


    "A Runtime Error has occured.
    Do you wish to Debug?

    Kindly guide
