Search and Replace Text Box with Frame in Word

    Hello
    I need some help with Word (2003/2007)
    I would like to search for a Text Box in my doc and convert it to a Frame with search and replace (in order to create a macro that would search and replace all text boxes with frames in the doc)
    How can I achieve this?
    If it is not possible, is there any other way to create a macro that will replace all text boxes with frames in my doc?
