   Hello
   
   I wants to assign security rights to one folder in c drive. My C drive is with NTFS. I wants to assign rights that user can acesses, read , rename the containts ....but user should not allowed to delet the any containts in that folder.
   
   how should i do it.

   Right click the folder, go into the security tab.
