Server 2008 DNS service stop due to electricity interruption

  1. When there is electricity interruption and server restart dns service stop and I have to manually start the service although the service is set to be automaic

    Other than a rootkit repair, the simpler things like removing and reinstating the service might help, but I think an actual corruption is more likely.

    For a server, an uninterruptible power supply is always important - vital in a commercial situation.
