Server hangs...

hi room,

my server hangs and "dark window" and i should reboot it again,
minidump files are attached to message.

any help would be greatly appreciated,

system event shows: "Source :System error,Event ID:1003, Category:102"
and save dump log:"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck"

Both dumps crash at b57xp32.sys - Broadcom ethernet driver. See if updating the driver has any effect.

i'm going to upgrade the driver,
but would you please tell me how can i find out which . sys file causes crash?
i did search in .dmp file but just some kind of unreadable characters.
