Driver_Power_State_Failure Windows Vista Ultimate(Windows Shuts Down Unexpectantly)

This is my latest problem that I am having. My system all of a sudden Blue Screens and then restarts. The Blue Screen says: Driver_Power_State_Failure with a bunch of codes that I have been unable to catch.
When I go to 'Problem Reports and Solutions' this is what it tells me:

Each one has caused my computer to Blue Screen and restart. It has shut it down 32 times in the WdiServiceHost, 45 times in the WdiSystemHost and 33 times in Windows! It's really getting annoying!

Has anyone else had this problem with Windows Vista Ultimate? I bought my copy from www.compusa for about $190 but noticed that there is one priced at $310. Did I buy a cheap version that could have problems? I really need to know the difference because I am advising some friends on their upgrades.

I was informed that it could possibly be my power supply but I have replaced the 330W with a 600W but I still have the same problems as before. I have attached my last two minidump files. Thanks! I really don't know what to do and if i can't find an answer..........I might as well go back to XP!
