Services are locked down and same as "techspot.com/vb/topic124251.html"

Hi,
Need your help to say the least...I have the same symptoms as this thread "techspot.com/vb/topic124251.html" from back in March:
-Cant paste or drag and drop.
-IE7 wont open - uninstalled - ie6 works except to microsoft sites including update.
-Services are off and locked down - cant manually start or get a properties page.
including Security Center, AutoUpdates, Crypto, RPC.
-Symantec Sysworks disabled and wont start.
-MalwareBytes wont run for same error as other thread.
I did not see a resolution for the other thread. I have loaded KCleaner but hesitate to proceed with out your guidance. Also unfamilier with HijackThis. OS is XPsp2.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. My thanks.

What do you mean? Are these 2 Services disabled> Crypto, RPC?
Are you using the Administrative Account?

As for helping you, you're going to have to give us something to work with. You don't have to be 'familiar with' HijackThis to run it. The helpers guide you if entries need to be removed.

I suggest you do as much of this as you can, then attach the three logs:

While we appreciate your reading past problems that resemble yours, we would also appreciate it if you were more specific than "MalwareBytes wont run for same error as other thread."
