Shared inbox sub folders not visible when moved

Hello,

I am having an issue with inbox subfolders on a shared outlook 365 mailbox that has no delegated access. When one user creates or moves a subfolder other users are not able to immediately see these changes. Sometimes it can take over a day for the changes to appear on another user’s computer. Restarting the computer or outlook has no effect on this. :eek:

Does anybody have a clue as to why this is happening? Let me know if you need additional info from me. Thanks for all your help!
 
"outlook 365" is a cloud based email system and it takes time for all users to sync their desktop to the server.
Sync is not instantaneous as it is a scheduled event.
