Sharing and Security problems

Hi I need help with this one, anyone knows what to do?

The problem is I want to share a certain folder, but when I right click the folder there is no Sharing and Security option on the list, I tried inside properties but there is no Sharing Tab. also I can't find the Shared Folder.

The USE SIMPLE FILE SHARING inside View Tab of Folder Options is Checked.

Is this virus?

No, it sounds like Windows Xp Home
Try going to Safe Mode and checking Sharing and Security there
