Shell interface creator?

  1. God Of Mana TechSpot Paladin

    Is there any software that can be used to make a shell interface? For example , to make an inerface for a USB autoplay.
    I need one that you don't have to buy, the shell is a .exe file, and does not require any special software of administrative privs to run the shell.
