Shortcut keys problem

I am using a samsung np-350 laptop and it has started showing a problem lately.The alt+f4 shortcut does'nt work and my fn brightness controls are replaced by alt automatically.
Please suggest a solution to my problem.Thank you.

Well I didn't get you how can it be possible?If individual keys work fine but combinations fail so I guess I deserve a more accurate answer

Okay will look into it but can u tell me some possible causes ???

Possible causes for this:
Bad keyboard
Dirt
Bad connection to the motherboard
Malware

Well as I ve mentioned b4 since all the individual keys are working fyn so no problem in d hardware department and as I ve asked b4 can u plz give me some specific malwares or viruses those could have caused it that I can serch 4 it easily

Not trying to be a smart aleck, but if your "regular" keys are working fine, what does, fyn, plz, serch mean?
Perhaps you're not using spell check? No idea what fyn is, plz might be please & I think serch is search.
If I'm not sure of the spelling of a word, I use http://www.merriam-webster.com/
Might also try running your security programs as previously mentioned or a different keyboard. Good luck.

Yes, it looks like other keys are also messing up. Try attaching a USB keyboard and see if you can type normally using it
