Shutdown while playing LMA Manager 2007

im having problems with my pc shutting down mainly while playing lma manager 2007, i have posted this on windows os thread and had some replys in which i have followed like chkdsk/f/r but screen changed at the end so not sure if it found a fault? done disc defreg and cleaned out me dusty pc and memory but after i restarted my pc it still crashed! the folling apeared, disable anti virus do disc defrag back up utilities chk hard drive cofig and chkdsk/f? stop 0x00000024 pls help
