There is this Fujitsu/Siemens Laptop With a good config.,
It is actually a new model that can support vista
It will not start at all sometimes, when it does this the bluetooth led would be on.
I noticed that when I press some part of the bottom of the laptop on an hard object or tightly with my hands it will come up without the bluetooth on.
I have tried to unscrew it to check what is wrong but i got no solid clue
I'd like to hear from anybody that wants to help!

It may be best to have it looked at under warranty
