SigmaTel Audio codec with Dell 3100 mic in games

I got a Dell Dimension 3100 with Sigmatel onboard audio. If I play online game, then use headset with microphone I cannot hear my voice in game. But I can hear it when testing. The Integrated sound only runs with software.

You might want to download and reinstall the 3100/310E chipset drivers, then the STAC92xx C-Major HD Audio drivers... If that doesn't fix it, you may have run the sound at too high a volume and damaged it... Also consider updating the other related drivers.

If I test it in Steam voice microphone tester then I hear my voice but in game no one hears me.
