I've played silkroad a while ago (July-September 2007) and wanted to play it again. But now the game freezes when I'm playing. It freezes at random moments, sometimes after 5 minutes and sometimes after 1 hour. I've downloaded the latest graphic card driver and direct x.
My specs:
Motherboard: Abit Fatal1ty F-190 HD
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2,4 GHz
RAM: Patriot DDRII, 2 x 512 MB
Video Card: ATI Radeon Xpress 1200, integrated on the motherboard.
Hard Drive: Seagate SII, 320 GB
Operating System: Windows XP Home (32-bit)
The minimum requirements have been met (and even the preffered I think) so there shouldn't be a problem. I run the game on 1280*1024 resolution and my desktop resolution is 1680*1050. It's strange that this game freezes and games like Command and Conquer 3, Civilization 4, Counterstrike, W: ET, Age of Empires III, Brothers in Arms, etc. run perfectly and Silkroad used to run perfectly too.
