Simpliest videosoft

I am looking for a software which can cut out a portion of video (and together with audio sound track of course) and save it elsewhere. Though there are numerous software of this sort, but I want a simple one. No correction, no effect, no conversion, nothing. I just need a simple program which I can start it up and finish the cut and paste operation in minutes. Is there any suggestion? Thank you so much.
