SIMS 2! I cant get to work

Hey everyone i jsut got sims 2 and after i install i put the first disk in, and then this popop comes up and has a picture of a stop sign shape with an X in it.. What do i do?

Is there any message on the windows that pops up?

No thats the weird part.... It has no writng but it look like thers space to fit like 1 or 2 words on the right of the X

Sounds like a compatibility error, are you sure your computer can support Sims 2?

There`s a thread with a picture of your red X HERE

The solution there was to delete everything in the EA Games folder and reinstall.Not sure if that helps or not.
