Sims 2 Pets installation error

    I've had this installed on this computer before, but now it won't install. The firest error I get is

    E:\Support\EA Help\wht_spac.gif

    And when I click 'retry' a few seconds late I get this error:

    E:\Support\EZ Help\Direct_X\_Get_SETUP_Error_When_Installing_DirectX.htm

    and I can't move past there.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Maybe your PC specs are too low to support the game. What are they?

    E Drive?
    I'm guessing you've got more than one drive. Where are the other Sims games installed? C/D/E?
