Sims 3 keeps crashing

    I just re-installed my Sims 3 game today, then unistalled all my Sims 2 stuff, but every time I play Sims 3 it crashes. My computer got a virus a while back so I lost all the stuff on it, but before that I had Sims 3 on the computer and it worked just fine. I'm not really sure what to do here. I have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c or something like that. It wokred before so why isn't it working now? It crashes specifically (all three times I've tried to play) at create-a-sim hen I'm trying to scroll through my female hair options. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    I think you should contact to the helpdesk for this purpose and dont try to solve it on your own.
