Sims Complete Collection installation troubles

    I put in disk one of "The Sims: Complete Collection", click the button that says install, and nothing happens. Ok, so I click again. Nothing. I don't know why this happens or how to fix it. If anyone does please tell me by responding to this thread. Thank you.

    Hi

    is it an original disk, or a copy, does it appear damaged or scratched in anyway.

    You could try copying the disk to a folder on the hard drive and running the setup from there.

    use windows explorer

    put the disk in and browse to it and then copy the files to a folder on the hard drive

    Ok I did that but now when I start it, I click install and it says "Please insert disk 1" but it's already in the computer. What now?
