Six Labs features promoted to Gmail proper

  1. Google has introduced six Gmail Labs features to the mainstream product, a couple of which we mentioned in a tech tip last year. Among the add-ons graduating are Search Autocomplete, Go To Label, Forgotten Attachment Detector, YouTube Previews, Custom Label Colors, and Vacation Dates.

  2. Geez, if only google would figure out how to give users the option to UNCONVERSATION THREAD MESSAGES. In some situations this is absolutely fatal to usability. They are losing users because of this. They should wake up and listen to the incalculable number of customers who have pleaded for this.

    Stop torturing your gmail users and fix this problem!

    The threaded conversations are gmail, if you want more traditional email use Outlook/Thunderbird/Opera and your ISP provided email account, or use Yahoo. Thats just how it is, and how it always has been, so it isn't a "problem that needs to be fixed". I doubt google has any intentions of changing that.
