A video call can be good enough for a Notary Public to get credentials to notarize and give them a notary stamp.
Very much a trauma to use only the camera on a laptop when you are showing yourself as something authorized.
I shopped around and see Logitech c920 and c922 or c930. Other brands are reasonable in price.
What gives the best picture?
Skype is not a video call, but something to use with recorded announcements, or am I wrong?
What about Video Call software? So far I am not able to find any. Like George Jetson, a video call can be done today.
A Webcam with autofocus may be better since the I.D. card was not in focus with my laptop with a camera permanently installed.
