slow start up in windows xp

My computer is becoming "very slow" when shutting down and starting up. i've posted a log file from hijack this for my pc. Can someone help me out with removing a few things? Thank You

Try going to Start--Run--type MSCONFIG--click OK-- go to Startup and then deselect any programs that you don't want to run during your reboot. Save the changes, exit and then reboot to see if you notice a difference.
