and here as I remember was mentioned one of the services or at least a number of it ( but I cant remember which )
finding the Error in the event Viewer that corresponds to this message will tell you whether it's a problem tha is caused by a Service, which one, or whether it's cause by a Dependency:
Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Services> click first on System, then Apps and do this same thing:
The log screen will open of each. Look for the Error that corresponds to the time of the crash> right click> Properties on the Error> click on the Copy icon below the down arrow on top right> Past the Error Here (Ctrl V)

Please ignore Warnings and Information Events. And only give one copy of the Error if the Error occurs multiple times, has the same ID#, the same Source and the same description.

Don't change any of the Services yet, until we can resolve this.

question: there is more than one service that resrt after failure,
If i remember correctly NET framework 2.0. was neede for install so since i installed it i assume this is the right one.
You cannot be vague when reporting a problem. I don't recommend doing any installs, uninstalls or update until we gt you running smoothly, unless we tell you to do something specifically to correct a problem.

Do NOT take your antivirus program off of Startup.

Obviously not!

Unless you are an experienced technical person, and want to start it manually
(ie why have Antivirus running when Internet is off ? (and no other external media being put in)

But generally (basically always) have Antivirus autostart (Although I don't :p )

ok in event viewer i unchecked warning and information and in the time that my computer was reporting error with installation i have the following errors:

The Sygate Personal Firewall Pro service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
( this can be ignored since i now have Avast! app.)
ati2mtag: CRT invalid display type ( no sure what that means ) event 45062
Dhcp: Your computer has lost the lease to its IP address 213.143.68.227 on the Network Card with network address 00046153416A. event 1000

And that is all. this messages are then repeating to until August 6th

You do know that you MUST be very experienced to Disable any services yourself.
It really took me a long long time, to know which service controls which system.

Uninstall Sygate (echo!)
Make sure ATI service is not disabled ! (if exists in the list) Then Re-install the Video driver

DHCP, this could be one (or more) of the services as well, that's disabled)

You didn't actually disable any did you?
I just said turn off the Restart option, nothing else
(OOhhh better not give this info out in future! <- I'm talking to myself)

There are many online guides to disabling non essential services. This is a good one: http://www.blackviper.com/

The thing to remember is that you can't really do any harm as long as you disable services via services.msc and NOT through msconfig. Just export a list of your how your services were set up so that you can revert if you make a mistake. Critical services such as Plug and Play and RPC cannot be stopped through services.msc anyway.

no no i didnt disable them, all i did was disable a restart if failure and that is it.
sygate is uninstalled. but for ati service i have to check if it is disabled.

Thank god !

Ok go with the uninstall/reinstall of ATI Video drivers

Your computer must be repaired, before learning or doing other things

Various newsgroup comments about this problem:
- "Some possibilities: 1. The computer went into Suspend, Standby, or Hibernate during the
period of inactivity, and the network connection didn't wake up properly. 2. The system turned off the NIC to save power. Disabling and then enabling the network connection should get it
working again."
- "If you have it installed, ZoneAlarm firewall may cause this. See Zone Labs Networking FAQ"
