SMS Transferring app

Is there an app to divert SMS to another phone like diverting calls? I need to get SMS that comes to my old phone to a new phone.

Check in playmarket I saw there few apps. also in appstore they have.

If you don't have a lot of SMS to transfer, you could use the Bluetooth.

If you have a Google account,you can create a backup of the SMS on the old phone, and then restore the backed up SMSto the new phone using the same Google account.
