usage: health sector continuing education and live streaming; minimal to no gaming

Get your family member the acer laptop, better build, more options, MUCH better cpu clock speed.
Although I do like some LG products, however those 2 laptops fail for what this person may need it to do.
Core I5 8th generation clock speed at 1.6ghz for streaming and yes attempted gaming too ?
Nope windows 10 is pretty chunky at its current os build 1803 and will chew through a weak computer setup.

Alright I hope the laptop works out, least you shaved off 250.00 bucks until amazon hits you with taxes.
