    Hi everyone.

I have a laptop, which has got some problems instead of me investing in a new laptop, I would rather make one of them work, because I am a University student and a little low on money.

    I have a Sony Vaio S18GP. This is a 13.3" Pentium M, 1.6 GHz Laptop.

The problem is the screen has cracked I have been looking on ebay for a replacement but they cost like £120 GBP/$192 USD because its a Sony Laptop. I found one going for £10 GBP/$16 USD. I found this cheap but I do not not if it will work on my laptop.

The model of the current screen is a "LTD133EX2X Toshiba Sony Vaio 13.3" Screen" The model I have seen on ebay is a "Sharp LQ133X1LH27 Laptop LCD Screen 13.3" can any one confirm if this will work. Will any 13.3" screen work? or is it specific one's for the inverter

Thanks for your help in advance!

UPDATE: Hi, can a moderator or someone please delete this thread because as of 20 minutes ago this laptop has completely stopped working possibly due to motherboard failure.
