Sony VAIO VGN-NR21Z (need Raid Disabled)

Hey, i am trying to install Windows XP on my Sony VAIO VGN-NR21Z but i get the message "setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer"

does anyone know how i can disable Raid via Bois?

or can anyone find me the Raid file that will disable it when i press F6 that i can use to add to a Windows XP disc via "nlite"
