Soundcard not installed

i reinstalled windows and i need to re-install ny drivers for my pc, but the cd broke so now i have no sound because of this, can anyone tell me how i might be able to install soundcard and stuff without the cd

Go to your mobo makers web site and download the drivers from there, if it is not onboard sound, but a seperate sound card then you need to go to the sound card makers web site and download the latest drivers from there,

it means all motherboard manufacturer's maintain websites where they have product info and driver downloads for the motherboards they sell. ( usually under support)
