Speed Fan is on 100% all the time

    Hey
    the temperature of the cpu was 60c++
    So I cleaned the ventilator of the cpu and put mx-2 (Thermal Compound)

    now the temperature is 45c (on 50% speed fans) , so why the fans still works on 100% speed?
    I disabled the auto\smart cpu fans, and change it with speed fans to 50% via "speed fan" software , but all the time when I reset the pc, it's back to 100% speed

    it's works on 100% speed fans from the moment I start the pc (befor the windows is starting) why?

    SpeedFan

    Download a program called Speed Fan (it's free) after u install it, you can change speeds of fans with it.

    Sorry, i didnt saw it :D Try reseting BIOS settings to default or something.
