Splashy.bmp missing from AOE3 expansion

Hey i am trying to run Age of empires 3 asian dynasties and when i go to play i get an error message saying splashy.bmp not found
does anyone here know where i could download this file? or if anyone here who has the game could upload it? this is the 3rd error by the way, first i had to replace two different .dll files now this!
any help is appreciated thanks.
Also yes i already have AOE3 installed prior.

Do you have the original disc or is this a copy you are using?

If original, then you should be able to find any missing file on the disc.

You could fake it. (The file type allows you to do this, don't try it with DLL's and the like.)
