Spontaneous Rebooting - Error code 0000009c

I am getting really frustrated with my homemade computer. I get random re-boots. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to what causes them. My event log says this:

Error code 0000009c, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 bab44050, parameter3 b2000000, parameter4 1040080f.

I've swapped out the memory, not the problem. I've swapped out the motherboard, not the problem. This happened when I ran Ubuntu and now again while running Windows XP. Any suggestions as to what I should try to test next?

Most common cause is video card, or video graphics drivers... for both Ubuntu and WXP
