Spy Sweeper help please

    new to webroot spy sweeper, i cannot figure out (after much web searching) how to prevent spy sweeper from displaying an annoying pop-up at the system tray announcing "you have 1 alert to review." the alert is always the same: no backup account detected. i never will create a backup account. in spy sweeper > options > shield alerts method there's no way to deselect everything. i've attempted without success to contact webroot. how do i stop this annoyance?
