Inactive Spybot – Search & Destroy

Hello, I have my pc infected with viruses ... DOUBLE CLICK and CASALE MEDIA I have read that they are very difficult to remove viruses, Spybot program - Search & Destroy free software detects them but does not delete them, so I thought the software paid Spybot program - Search & Destroy full version, could be helpful ...
I want to know if someone was infected with these two viruses ... and how I solve it.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:

Hello, thank you very much Broni for your response, the most intriguing thing for me is to know if I can obtain a license to pay
Spybot - Search & Destroy where it allows me to scan the PC thoroughly and with more add-ons than the ones that have the free software ... if so, I would settle for knowing where to buy that license ... they say that there is unemployment apparently it is not publicly exposed it is not easy to find it available ... it will be a secret ... or something happens.

There is no reason for you to buy Spybot.
First of all its findings may be a false positive, secondly if there is something malicious on your computer we can detect and remove it using free tools.
So, I suggest you follow my previous reply.
