Spyware problems

I keep getting these pop-ups saying I have critical system errors and that I need to download these specific anti-malware products in order to get rid of the threats. I know this is bogus. Also, I keep getting these yellow triangles on my task bar which read "System Alert: Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx". I've tried everything to get rid of these things: McAfee, AVG, Search and Destroy, and just recently I've used SmitfraudFix...the results are

How on earth do I fix this problem? It seems to be invulnerable to every attempt I make to fix it. Please help!!

I'm running the malwarebytes' now. I don't know if the CCleaner did this, but the number of pop-ups seem to have been cut in half. Anyway, I will upload the results from all the scans when they are done.

I attached the log from the Malwarebytes' scan. I think it might have fixed the problem, however I just restarted my computer so we'll see.

Oh yeah !

That got rid of a few

Now this is going to sound a bit double handling
But please confirm Malwarebytes is updated again (third tab I think)
Then run another full scan
You'll be surprised, there will be more found
