Spyware?

    I'm wondering once again if I have spyware. I was surfing the net and ads randomly popped up telling me to buy this product, I forget what it was called, and now the ads don't appear anymore but my running processes immediately after booting windows went from 32 (as it had been for about a month) to 36. Can anyone tell me if I have spyware? My HJT log follows:
