I'm not sure this is the right section to post this .There are existing websites like channellive.com ,watchsuntv.com which transmits live channels through their website and through ROKU box .If some one need to start a website and transmit tv channels over ROKU box what are the steps and cost involved ?

What are the hardware and software needs ?
