Startup Problem

Once in a while when I turn on my computer it goes into save mode option screen, saying that it had problems turning on, it happens once ever 3 days, what could it be?
I began to happen after I made a system restore

you can try to access msconfig in the Start/run..

Try to uncheck all setting or run in normal setting. Please check if your booting is not in safe mode.
