    Ballmer pointed out that despite the fact that 65 percent of all PCs, 70 percent of all Office suites and 100 percent of all Xboxes go to the consumer, Microsoft has done a better job of raping the enterprise

    It's only up for debate because people like to point out when CEO's are wrong. Even if they're wrong about things like predicting the future or guessing how many people will buy their product. Google got it wrong with the Nexus 4, MS got it wrong with the Surface, and Blackberry looks like they got it wrong with the Z10. It happens, get over it.
