I have been getting this new BSOD, can anyone help?

It says STOP:0x0000008E
(0xC000005), 0xBF804996, 0xEE88AAF4, 0x00000000)

*** win32k.sys - Address BF804996 BASE AT BF800000

I've attached my minidump file.

grrrrr... i had BSOD's, thanks for any help!

Test your RAM with Memtest86.

You were right!!!

memtest86 is showing 47 errros, 0 ECC Errors.

Does it tell you which module(s) are bad, and which are good

or will i have to remove them separately and do trial an error?

Remove all but one module and test them individually.
