Stop: 0x000000D1 again. It better not be Nielsen this time

Hi again, good people of Techsopt. I hope for some help with my BSOD problem.
I just got another one thats pretty much the same as my last one.
This is it:
Stop: 0x000000D1 (0xA73C9000,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xBD7E4799)
I have attached the MiniDumps I have for this.

Im running Vista Basic, & IE 8 I think. If more info is needed please let me know & try to be detailed about what I need to do, but please hurry. I need this fixed ASAP!

Both errors are 0xD1 and both cite the driver nnrnstdi.sys as the culprit which belongs to... Nielson Networking.

What security software are you using?

We have Windows Live One Care right now.
I think the Bsod has stopped now. We had this problem before with the Nielsen software, & had to delete any insances of that nnrnstdi.sys file.
It pobably happened again because Nielsen had just updated & some of the files were added back on. I havent had a Bsod all day since deleting the files again...
& hope it stays that way.
