    Hi! I had this blue screen error on my dell inspiron laptop. I tried the debugging tool on the minidump and here's the result;

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0xA
    PROCESS_NAME: System
    MODULE_NAME: SRTSPL
    IMAGE_NAME: SRTSPL.SYS

    What will I do next? I kinda lost from where I am now. I tried the System Restore so that I can repair my Symantec Antivirus but System Restore is not working. I just keep having this blue screen error whenever I finished logging in then it will just restart again.

    How can I uninstall Norton? I can only open windows on safe mode. I actually tried it and it says you can't uninstall/repair when you're in safe mode.

    I'd go to Safe Mode
    Then locate: SRTSPL.SYS (through search)
    Then rename it to SRTSPL.OLD

    Try that ;)

    Hmmm... I just tried that and it's still the same. Do you think I need to re install my OS?

    That's not possible
