My norton anitvirus software keeps blocking a communication with my laptop called "ads.dsn-look-up.com." Its very annoying and my computer is being very slow. Ive tried scanning with adaware and that doesn't help. Also Malwarebytes freezes after 3 mins of scanning. It has done this twice. Im new at all this guys so go easy on me. Trying to download the hijack program so that i can send a log. Any suggestions?

Im in the process of completing the 8 step preliminary process. Its taking forever on this slow laptop. The block report comes up every 30 seconds
