  1. I do not even know where to begin. I have another laptop that was working great until I received a "Think Point" message. Shortly after that, my computer shut off and when restarted it starts to a blue screen with the following message...

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer.

    Technical information

    *** Stop: 0x0000007b (0xf8915528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

So, long story short, I have researced online for any help but I am not sure what I need to do because once on the blue screen I can not do anything.

    Help...Anyone, Please...

think point is a fake security alert. (Malware!)

I would advise you look at the posts at the top (stickies) of our Virus and Malware Removal forum.
Then follow the 8 Steps , and post your logs.
If you are unable to complete the eight steps, make a post explaining what you have done, and what has not been possible.
They will guide you from there.
You should only accept advice on this problem from the Virus and Malware Removal team members.
