Strange radio/speaker phenomenon

Today, i turned my speakers all the way down, but noticed a noise coming from them. So i muted my tv, and put my ears to my computer speakers. Somehow, my speakers, while powered but turned all the way down, were picking up radio signals! It was skipping between fm stations and am talk shows!

Anyway, that's normal, we use to listen to CB radio on our mums electric keyboard.
