Stuck on bootloop

Hello I tried to install a gpu it is galaxy 9500 gt 128 bit but after I installed it on the motherboard my pc just starts bootlooping I'm a beginner that's why I really don't know how to fix it. Can anyone please help me? :)

Sorry, laundry list:
- give details about your system (model, etc) or major components (motherboard, monitor, etc) AND operating system
- download service manual for system/motherboard and for GPU
- if no card before and just running on internal graphics, check manual to see if you have to change settings for an external card to be used

Then, fill us in on history (where system came from, how long you have used, where card came from, was it tested good on another machine, etc) and any developments

I got this system as a sparebone the motherboard is a ecs 945gct-m2 I searched for that the manufacturer of it is american megatrends but I already have an external graphics I really don't know the model is but I've used it for a year

Please confirm version when you download manual... http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Pr...ilID=827&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=24&LanID=0

Examine working card to determine maker and model...reinstall that card and confirm proper function. Please examine 9500 card looking for damage. Did the fan spin on the 9500? Did system make any sounds - beeps? Locate manuals for both cards - downloads should be available at makers website.

If stuck on determining what you have, try Belarc Advisor on your working system using the old card.
